Terms

WHOLESALE ONLY:

We sell only to bead and jewelry related businesses that have a valid Federal Tax ID, Resale Permit, or Sales Tax License, issued by the state where your business is located. All goods purchased must be for resale either as loose pieces or components of finished jewelry or crafts.

MINIMUM ORDER:

$50 for orders within the United States, Puerto Rico & Canada. Orders under $50 will not be processed. For international orders outside of Puerto Rico and Canada, the minimum order amount is $250.

CANADIAN ORDERS:

Please be aware your government will apply a duty charge to your shipment. You are responsible to pay all Duty & Customs charges that apply to your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All normal terms apply to International orders. However, there are also the following additions. There is a $250.00 minimum order amount. All duty & customs charges must be paid by the buyer. Credit Cards must have all billing information correct. Orders will not be processed if any of the billing information is incorrect.

SHIPPING:

If your order is placed before 2p PST Monday-Friday, we make every effort to process and ship your order that same day. International orders, including those to Puerto Rico and Canada, may take up to 48 hours to process. We offer several different shipping methods. Shipping charges are actual carrier cost. We do not mark up our shipping charges and do not add any handling fees. Our shipping methods are:

  • 50% UPS Ground Shipping - 50% off UPS Ground shipping, which is determined by weight of the package and delivery location. Please note that UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes. If you choose UPS Ground and give us a PO Box to ship to, we will ship your package via USPS Priority mail with insurance. This method offers insurance and tracking to your orders.
  • FREE Standard Shipping - This shipping method is USPS First Class Mail. There is no tracking or insurance on this shipping option. While we love USPS and think they do a fantastic job, there have been a very few occasions in which packages have been lost. If you need your package by a certain date, we would recommend using UPS. Dava Bead Wholesale is NOT responsible for lost packages due to carrier or customer errors if no insurance is purchased. Estimated delivery time for Standard shipping is 3-14 business days.
  • UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver and Next Day Air - If you need your package faster.
  • Local Pickup - For those who live in town or will be in town. We leave these orders for you at our retail store's front counter.

Shipping times by region

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund or exchange if it meets the following criteria:

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or the invoice # and date of purchase.
  • Goods must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Goods must be shipped in a box or heavily padded mailer. Goods damaged in return shipping will not be accepted. Shipping, Insurance and Customs charges are not refundable.

Special orders cannot be returned for any reason.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:

Our philosophy is to offer our customers the lowest prices whether you buy 10 pieces or 1000 pieces. Therefore we do not offer quantity discounts like many of our competitors. We give you the best price up front to better meet your needs.

BACK ORDERS:

We do not back order any items. We use an “Inventory Control” system that only allows you to add items to your cart that are in stock.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Dava Bead Wholesale is committed to the highest level of integrity in dealing with our customers. We do not share any personal customer information with any outside companies, including email addresses. We shred all personal information once we are done with it. All Credit Card information is secured through VeriSign.
